Cesar E. Tamayo is a PhD student at Rutgers University. Previously, he was a Research Assistant in the Research Department of the Inter-American Development Bank. His research interests are mainly in open economy macroeconomics. He holds an M.A. in international economics from Sussex University (UK) and a BA in economics from Eafit University (Colombia).
