Nicholas Trachter is a Senior Economist and Research Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. His research interests lie in the areas of macroeconomics, development, financial economics, price dynamics and firm dynamics. He received his PhD in economics from the University of Chicago and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance.
