Nikolay Hristov is economist at the Deutsche Bundesbank. He gained his doctoral degree from the University of Augsburg in 2009. From 2009 to 2017 he worked as an economist at the Ifo Institute for Economic Research in Munich. He is also research affiliate at the CESifo research network. His main research interests are in monetary macroeconomics, financial market imperfections and applied econometrics.
