Sophie Hatte is an Associate Professor of Economics at ENS de Lyon in France and a member of the Center for Economic Research on Governance, Inequality and Conflict (CERGIC). Her research focuses on microeconomic questions, in particular in the field of political economy, development, and public economics, with a focus on news disclosure and its effect on behavior. Her work has been published in the Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Development Economics, World Bank Economic Review and other academic journals.
